It all started when I checked the Resale Homebuyers Listings we had seen some interesting houses thru the course of our house hunting. I did not know Savio maybe my lucky day to call this guy.when he phoned me back after few minutes he offered us his time to sit together and educate us more on what we need to know and how to make our house hunting easier for us. Thats a good movewe did more than an hour of meeting. My impressionI think this guy is good and serious why not try doing business with him. We arrange series of schedules to visit the houses looks interesting within our price range. He regularly sent e-mails and updates almost everyday and encourage us to give time to visit and see more houses. We noticed that Savio is very persistent and very hardworking it does not matter if its late night already especially when there are multiple offers on the house its a challenging negotiation. Anyway we lost our first offer and did not get the house this emotionally breaks my feeling for a while but to my surprise Savio is a person that is unrelenting he dont mind even he lost lots of time in negotiating on that past unsuccessful offer we did. He did not deviate from helping us and encourage us more to see more housesit really makes the difference. Until we found again another chance and make an offer to a house I really like, I tried to contain my excitement because I am definite that its another multiple offers and its going to be tough because the house is really nice. I will not forget what I told to my wife If this time we will not get the house I will be very sad because he ( Savio ) really push himself and put all his effort negotiating back and forth I am thinking what should I do to compliment this guy. We are dealing big events that night my sons graduation and the on-going negotiation for that houseto show moral support for Savio we went straight there after the graduation but just nearby to make it easy for him to access us if he needed some adjustments . After that tough negotiation we are all happy when Savio inform us we got the house. We owe this guy for the job well done for helping us find a really nice house we love to have.
