Here are my key steps to successfully selling your home

Plan Your Sale

Develop a customized marketing plan for your property including (as appropriate) our recommendations for advertising and promotion, along with a schedule of events outlining all marketing steps agreed upon.

Analyze

Investigate the local market conditions and provide you a written Competitive Market Analysis to help you determine the most effective listing price for your property. This analysis may be updated to reflect changing market conditions.

Finance

Review the various financing alternatives available to you and work with you to determine those which best enhance the saleability of your property.

Improve Marketability

Review any local marketing customs, conditions and procedures, and make recommendations designed to enhance the marketability of your property.

Feedback

Provide regular progress reports throughout the marketing period and discuss with you any comments received about your property, with an eye to increasing its saleability.

Show

Show your property to qualified buyers.

Offers

Submit all written offers, as presented; negotiate on your behalf with buyers; and provide an estimate of your net sales proceeds prior to acceptance.

Pre-Close

After you accept an offer, I will monitor all pre-settlement (escrow) activities throughout the closing process, as permitted by law or local practice.

Additional Service

I will provide a VIP Referral Form (if you can use this), offering you the services of a CENTURY 21 office at your new destination to assist with your search for a new property.
